I would have thought that once too, Redwolf, but apparently it is not always that simple, if you recall the two members who got about 98 each on the internet grammar test and who were later debating the quadruple genitive name on that test.

"um Maoirseacht Foraoisí " came directly from the example given, i.e., no lenition. I have seen um thráthnóna, so when I checked, it turns out the rule for
um is "lenites c, d, g, f, s, t". That is, m isn't lenited, probably because of
um ending in a nasal.
