Something a friend of mine posted in French on Facebook made me wonder...is there a particular Irish idiom for what we'd say in English as "I have a frog in my throat"?

Deireann De Bhaldraithe "tá sceach i mo scornach" :)

i bhFraincis is cat a bíos in do scornach nuair a bíos slaghdán ort :)
