Hello! So, I was at the Irish Gaelic Translation forum, and the lovely CaoimhínSF stopped in to provide me with the following translation of a lyric that I wish to use as a tattoo:

Gluaiseann ár manna agus
Our manna flows and

Fásann ár neart inmheánach agus
Our inner strength grows and

Tá greim againn ar an údar firéin
We hold onto the righteous cause

And I am very grateful for the help provided!

However, I have been unable to get confirmation at all there, and I was hoping someone here could please assist? this seems a more active community, at least. I was also looking for possible alternate word choices that might bring the first and last lines closer to being the same length, if it is at all possible. If not, it is not that big a deal.

I'd go with that.
But I'd prefer "cuspóir fíréanta" for "righteous cause".

But diffinitely wait for someone to confirm what I said.

Bríd would know what sounds best, so go with her suggestion. I used údar because I had been listening to the song Dónall Ó Conaill and it has údar naofa in it for "sacred cause".
