There is ceannfort, commander, but ceannphort means "prelude".

fhéach anois apparently the lenited form of this verb can be used as the base form in CDh Irish. I definitely herd use of lenited fhéach in Rinn Irish in An Cailín Ciúin, but never realised it was common across all of Munster

Tá sé curtha díot. = You’ve got through it.
Tá tú cortha de. = You are tired of it.
