Yes, it was neither slow nor fast. I noticed tímpall pronounced as /haimp'əl/. I think tímpall might be permanently lenited in An Rínn? As you say athá was noticeable.

I've been listening to some of these, including all videos marked as Bia, An Aimsire and Cúrsaí Mara. It's a mixed bag of native speakers and learners with thick English accents. I wish they wouldn't do that for purely political reasons. I prefer to Munster speakers and I've noticed Irial Ó Ceallaigh in one weather video from An Rínn, and in many other videos Tomás Ó Mainnín from Corca Dhuíbhne - someone I'd like to hear more from. Oddly, Maynooth marks all videos with Munster Irish in as árdleibhéal regardless of the actual difficulty. I'd mark Ulster Irish as hardest myself. The transcriptions aren't always faithful. Where Ó Mainnín said, correctly, "mar a tuigtar", this was transcribed as "mar a thuigtear". There are plenty of mistakes in the Irish of the presenters, which are often highlighted by Maynooth in footnotes in their PDFs. The differences between siar and aniar, amú and amuigh aren't always correctly illustrated in these short videos.

Setting aside that it could well be mistranscribed (as you yourself say), I wouldn't see any reason why lines should be "cumhachta" in Irish. They're only called "power lines" in English because "power" (two syllables) is much easier to say than "electricity" (five!). A power line won't carry anything other than electricity, so there's no benefit in being less specific.

I prefer "lecky" (two syllables). Línte cumhachta is what focloir.ie has for "power lines". As you say, it may be Béarlachas, as it would seem to mean "lines of power/authority". Sruthlíne does exist as a noun meaning "streamline", apparently an automotive or aviation term, but I have never used it as a noun.

I've listened to the videos of those three sections again, and there's a third good Munster speaker - Seán Mac an tSíthigh. It's worth looking for his videos (as well as Irial Ó Ceallaigh's and Tomás Ó Mainnín's). There are some others apparently from or living in the Gaeltacht eg Grett O'Connor from Muskerry - but she exhibits the strong foreign accent of younger speakers and cannot be recommended. Siún Ní Gearailt from An Fheóthanach is another one in this category, speaking a mix of dialects with a foreign accent. Eibhlín Ní Choisdealbha from Beaufort Co. Kerry, outside the Gaeltacht, is another poor example. So far as the first three sections on Vifax go - Bia, Cúrsaí Mara and an Aimsir, a learner of Munster Irish should only pay attention to Ó Ceallaigh, Ó Mainnín and Mac an tSíthigh.

Edit: they uploaded a new video in recent days, and I've found Donncha Ó Murchú - also very good. He apparently was raised in Dublin with Irish - but it is of a Munster type. So make him number 4 on the list.

I found this in one of the vifax PDFs:

A note points out that the presenter, Tomás Ó Mainnín from Corca Dhuibhne had said: tá 41 ionad príomhúil sláinte, and his words were corrected in the transcription to 41 ionad phríomhúla.
Why does Maynooth think it should be phríomhúla there and not príomhúil? I think after "aon" it should be príomhúíl, and 41 includes "aon"...?
