A very direct translation:
Tá mé láidir. Táim láidir. ("Tá mé" and "Táim" mean the same thing, just different usage mostly depending on dialect.)
Some other choices/possibilities: (I guess because I feel you can express something colorfully in Irish.)
Is duine láidir mé. I am a strong person.
Is bean láidir mé. I am a strong woman.
Is cailín láidir mé. I'm a strong girl.
Táim (Tá mé) níos láidre ná mar a cheapfá. I am stronger than you think.
Táim chomh láidir le capall. I am as strong as a horse.
