OT: A Request for Plant Names Translated to Irish (GC)

Periodically, I'd like to list some plants that are naturalized here in The States in hope that someone might translate them to their Irish names (preferably what the plants are called in the Connemara area-if they are found in Connemara). Thanks!

Here's my first installment:
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)
Peppermint (Mentha piperita)
Spearmint (Mentha spicata)

Here's my first installment:

Peppermint (Mentha piperita) lus an phiobair
Spearmint (Mentha spicata) cartlainn gharraí

Those are the standard names according to the dictionary. I have no idea if they'd be any different in Connemara. Bríd Mhór would know.

I'd only know the dictionary definition too.

I think most people would only know the names of the common flowers, those that grow naturally in Ireland, otherwise we just use the English name. My mother was the expert on flowers not me.
