I am making a comic at the moment, and one of the characters can speak Irish, but i am sad to say, i do not. I could use google translate, but i fear it will be horrible to read for anyone who speak the language. Could I ask for your help in translating a phrase here and there? It will not be much, since this character only speak Irish when emotions are running high.

The phrase i am looking for would be something in the lines of; CO: "Do not talk about things you do not understand."

Ná labhair faoi rudaí nach dtuigeann tú.

(if said to more than one person: Ná labhraígí faoi rudaí nach dtuigeann sibh.)

Here is a perhaps more idiomatic version in Irish

Éist do bhéal, a thuata!
Bí i do thost, a thuata!

"tuata" means someone who is ignorant on the matter at hand.

Another alternative, less idiomatic perhaps,

An rud nach dtuigeann tú bí i do thost air
