Are Kathryn and Brendan the people to whom these are addressed, or are they the people expressing the sentiment? It may sound like an odd thing to ask, but it actually does make a difference to the translation.
I'm guessing from the construction that Brendan is the recipient of the sentiment, but it's less clear with Kathryn, so I just want to be clear on that before translating that one.
For the second one, assuming that this is being expressed TO Brendan, I'd say:
Do mo mhac ionúin: BrendanIf you want an Irish spelling for "Brendan," it's "Breandán" (pronounced roughly "BRAN-dahn")
