I would love to know if I've got the right translation and pronunciation for the phrase "return to the breath," (and if it matters, as if it were a command to someone)(and if it matters, for a tattoo): filleadh ar an anáil
pronunciation (I speak American English, no idea if this will make sense, with bold for spoken emphasis): fee-leh air-ahn anah-eel

Also, if anyone is so kind as to take a stab at this: I plan on repeating parts of the phrase as if it were a section of someone saying it repeatedly, like this:
ar an anáil...filleadh ar an anáil...filleadh.
If there's some reason (beyond that is is inherently weird) that that would sound crazy in Irish, like if "ar an anáil" by itself means "to go poop," that would also be a thing I should know.

* "An" on its own is overarticulated.
Say just "uh" and let anáil begin with an n sound, just like "ar a nanáil"
