I'm aware. I just thought that, since the post was about the placement of prepositions, it would be better to ask here than in a new thread. But I think I get it: apart from the special case as originally asked about (
le with the verbal noun), the prepositional pronouns come first when they are used as a phrasal verb. But if it's some other data, it comes after. So, would
Casadh é ar maidin orm be nicer than
Casadah é orm ar maidin? Or would
Casadh orm ar maidin é be even better, because of the tendency to move prepositional objects to the end of the clause?
