I'm in the process of trying to learn all the lyrics to Lucy O' Connell's version of the song Amhrán n farraige. I have figured out the majority of the lyrics (both irish gaelic and english), but there are a few that I cannot decipher, which are in bold. If someone could help me with this, I would greatly appreciated it! Here is what I picked up so far:

It's been a while since I've heard it, but I think it's "Tá mé i dtiúin" (I am in tune)

That verifies what I said.

That's correct with the Lisa Hannigan version. With the Lucy O'Connell version, it doesn't sound like she's singing dtiúin at the end according to the way dtiúin is pronounced. It sounds like she's saying "Tá mé idir gra" or "Tá mé i tergra". I tried looking up possible words in an English-Irish dictionary, but had no luck so far.

Perhaps she was saying "Tá mé i ngrá"?

I don't think so. I listened to the song again and it really sounds like she's singing "Tá mé í tír grá" in one verse and Tá mé í tír gró" in another. Although I don't know if ghró (or gró) is even word. I would like for someone to listen to the song and see what they think.

I appreciate your help with this. The two verses to really listen for are right after when she sings "Mó ghrá."

If no one else gets to it first, I'll have a listen tonight, when things are a bit quieter here (I'm staying with relatives at the moment).
