I have posted this question on this forum before, but I'm scheduled to get the tattoo tomorrow, so I would just like one final confirmation. I want to say "Christine is the pulse of my heart", and was told that the following translation is correct:

Is í Christine cuisle mo chroí

But just for the hell of it, I tried using a couple of automated translation tools online, and they both generated the following translation:

Is Christine an chuisle mo chroí

HELP!!! Are both translations correct? Is one version more appropriate than the other?

Don't use automated translation tools.
The first translation is correct, the second is not.

Thank you!!!!!

OK, so I've been told now by two people that:

Is í Christine cuisle mo chroí

is the correct translation for:

Christine is the pulse of my heart

Can I get at least one more confirmation before I commit to ink tomorrow?

I can confirm.

Be sure to blow the phrase up big for your tattoo artist, so he or she can see the accent marks over the "í" after "is" and the "í" at the end of "chroí." The words are misspelled without them.

Thank you so much to everyone who has taken the time to read my posts and reply!

I've gotten all of the confirmation that I need, so I'm going ahead tomorrow with:

Is í Christine cuisle mo chroí

And I will definitely make sure that the artist understands the importance of the accent marks.

Sean
