or for your sentence directly:

= I arose from the flames and fire within me

(i.s. d'éiríos perfectly interchangeable with d'éirigh mé)

or maybe a shorter and rhyming:

Lasairghinte is Daighearlíonta
= Flameborn and Fire-full

And if you wanted one in Standard Old Irish:

Nom-génair ón tein co ndaig im cholainn
= I was born of fire with fire in my body

In the second one it should be Ó na lasracha... not Óna... (two words, not one). I have a slight, nit-picking question about the first one, but no time to go into it just now. Will get back later.
