or is it because you were trying to find the page in your book so even if you said it in Nahuatl he would have told you what page it was :mrgreen:

When you 'correct' a spelling in English because it doesn't follow the caol le caol, leathan le leathan rule - twice in one day! :rolleyes:

Breandán, that raises the question of whether it is nativised to the extent of having a genitive. If you look at works like tobac - no genitive.

I saw the English word "ramp" the other day, and I immediately read it as /raump/, but it probably means my grey cells are atrophying!
