For beginners or even more advanced learners, Liam Ó Manlaoi has produced some great materials for conversational Irish in his Learning Irish series. The lessons begin with the basics (the first lesson is all about introducing yourself), and later branch out to all sorts of topics which can come up in conversation, and they gradually advance into more complicated expressions.
