I discovered these two sites when I was looking for the few resources out there for learning Scots Gaelic.

LearnGaelic is a casual learning site with a lot of resources! It has an old video learning program from the 90's its own (more modern course), shorts in Gaelic and so forth.

SpeakGaelic I believe is funded by the Scottish government and is a free online resource like LearnGaelic. I've just begun using it and find It works a little more like an official language program. It also has a feature where you can find Scottish language classes locally (however that's mainly useful if you live in Scotland).
