I'm learning Irish from Myles Dillon's "teach yourself Irish." The Munster dialect is being used.

I was just wondering which Irish Bible would be the best for me? I have two Irish Bibles in my possesion:

and then

Both of them seem to be quite different from the Irish that I'm learning.

If I'm not mistaken, they're both quite recent publications. I suspect they're in the modern standard Irish rather than in any particular dialect, much less Munster Irish specifically.

You could look into the Bedell Bible. It's quite a bit older, but is probably still closer to the Irish you're learning than the modern Bibles are.
