Hi folks,
I would like some help with the correct wording on my parents (Both Cork people) headstone. My mother died recently and we are adding her name to my father's existing gravestone.
I want to have the words, either - "At God's right hand" or "May they rest in peace" in Irish on the headstone, but have been told and seen various versions of these. I am bit confused and obviously I have to get this right as its going to be there for perpetuity!

Ar dheis Dé (go raibh a n-anam) = (May their souls be) at God's right hand
lit.: On right-hand of God (that may-be their soul)

(Go dtuga Dia) suaimhneas síoraí dá n-anam = (May God give them) rest in peace
lit.: (That may-give God) peace eternal to-their soul
