Bhain mé taitneamh as an scannán seo le déanaí. Is féidir leat féachaint air le nó gan fotheidil. Níl ach fotheidil i mBéarla ar fáil, faraor.

I enjoyed this film recently. You can watch it with or without subtitles. Unfortunately, only subtitles in English are available.

OK, I don't like the self-defeating lack of subtitles in Irish or the self-defeating inability to download the film. It seems TG4 is determined to go about everything the wrong way.

But the lack of many films in Irish is a problem, so obviously this is a good production. The word "doineann" was interesting. I'm familiar with "soineann" only, and then doineann is obviously the reverse. My feeling is that this is pronounced with an "e": den'en

That problem may be disappearing. This year alone we had had Doineann, Foscadh, and An Cailín Ciúin, with Róise & Frank and also Tarrac coming out later this year. We also had Arracht last year. and there was Song of Granite and Finky in the last few years. It's incredible that this is happening. I don't understand how so many Irish language films are coming out in one year.

That's great. I'd love to read reviews of them all.
