Having difficulty pronouncing fuar. Any tips?

Asked my mum about the fuar recording and she said this:

"That’s Gweedore tone sounds like Fuaar, where it’s elongated. I’d say it as it’s spelt: fuar"

so there you go...

To supplement this, I was also told that they wouldn't necessarily pronounce every fua~ word this way. Just certain words.
