On teanglann.ie, it gives a possible translation: Ní ~ orm, liom, iad, they are no concern of mine

But I'm wondering is this accurate or does it mean something else?

Why should it be inaccurate and why do you think it could mean anything else?

cás = case, concern
is cás liom, it is a concern for me.
