Just want to clarify that "Is binn liom" means "I like"?

If this is the case, are there differences between it and other ways of saying I like such as "Is maith liom/Is brea liom"

No, it means "Is nice-sounding with me", something has a nice sound in my opinion.
In 1), there is not "I like" but "I like the sound ...".
Is binn liom fuaim na trá is na dtonn. = The sound of the beach and of the waves is pleasant-sounding for me.
