Tattoo: Short phrases like "Daughter Kristi born"

Greetings!

It's been a bit over 2 years, but I'm back to ask very politely for translation help and some feedback.

I am getting a second gaelic tattoo and am asking for your help. I need to put the following captions to the dates, but I am very open to suggestions on phrasing. Overall concept is to surround each date with ogham script, (if it fits ok), for the caption and connect each date/script with celtic knotwork. Plan to start it at the top of my right shoulder and come down my arm

8/27/1988 – Father Died or Kerry Lloyd died
6/15/1995 – Daughter Kristi born.
5/24/1997 – Son Ryan Born
9/14/2002 – Married Sarah
1/11/2005 – Daughter Andréa born
12/22/2015 – Grandson Ian born
8/24/2017 - Passed father's age (this one is potential only. My father died at 46, 3 days after my 18th birthday. This year I turned 47 and passed his age. That milestone is part of the driving force in getting this tattoo.)

In the Irish version you have to say "my son/my daughter" etc. There are seven accents (not counting Andréa), which must not be omitted - bás; m'iníon (x2); Phós mé; Sháraigh mé.

And since it's for a tattoo, ask for confirmation (or an alternative version).

There's one more which you asked for, as a variation on the first one:

Fuair Kerry Lloyd bás
Kerry Lloyd died

Also, if space turns out to be an issue, you could shorten some of them as follows:

Kristi Born = Rugadh Kristi
Ryan Born = Rugadh Ryan
Andréa Born = Rugadh Andréa
Ian Born = Rugadh Ian
