I'm looking to have this tattooed into Gaelic for a tattoo. I want it to be telling myself to believe in myself. So far I have found the two options below and wondering which would be best or if there would be a better option. Thank you in advance.

Bíodh muinín agat asat féin

Both are good. Roughly speaking, they mean

Believe in yourself
and
Have faith in yourself.

Thank you! that is one of the finer points I was looking for.

I think I would go for the latter, simply because the former always sounds a bit to me like "believe that you exist." When you think about it, when we say "believe in yourself," what we're really saying is "trust yourself."

Just my 2 cents, for whatever they're worth in today's market.
