Hi! I am looking for a translation for a piece of jewelry if anyone could help please.

I would love the words/phrase; "Don't stress. Breath. Persist."

I am open to other/better words - I am wanting to get this as a bracelet for myself as a reminder without letting the whole world know how bad my anxiety can be. And of course thinking of my heritage makes me smile
