Which of these is correct or are both correct? Nach bhfuil an aimsir fliuch? Or Nach fliuch an aimsir í?

Both are correct, though they have different meanings.

The first one is, literally, "Isn't the weather wet?". The second one is "Isn't it wet weather?" with some emphasis on 'wet'.
