Hi!
I'm going to Ireland this summer for the second time, I'm from the states, and I want to get a tattoo while there. I've been through a lot and my grandpa has always told me i'm the strongest person he knows and he loves talking about our Irish heritage, so I want to get a tattoo to represent this.
I'm looking to get something along the lines of 'strong' or 'inner-strength' in Gaelic and would like some ideas and translations for this preferably in standard Irish.
I've seen a lot of the use of the word 'Làidir' for strong and 'misneach' for strength of mind/character but I don't know how accurate these are for what I am looking for!
Thanks guys!

Your help is much appreciated!!
Well, they're both accurate enough. "Láidir" literally means "strong" (it's an adjective). "Misneach" is a noun, and means "courage."
Another noun that would serve your purposes is "Neart" -- "Strength."
