Is this ok grammar wise? "Is iad seo na leideanna a d'fhoghlaim mé uaidh." These are the tips I learned from him ?

To add another question, would "Seo é an duine a chonaic mé" mean "This is the person I saw", or "This is the person who saw me"?

I would say "Seo é an duine go bhfaca mé é" for "This is the person I saw" and what you have for "This is the person who saw me". I think what you have can mean both though, but I would use what I said above for more specificity/clarity.

I believe it's both and needs to be disambiguated. Same with something like An fear a mhol an sagart
