Tattoo: Translation request "Do The Next Right Thing."

My son is going to get this tattoo and I would very much appreciate any help in translating this from English to Gaelic.

What does he mean by "...next right thing"?

Maybe a better way to say it would be "Make the next right choice (or decision)." It's a way to minimize when someone is overwhelmed - to just deal with what is in front of you and try to do the right thing. Does that help?

Make the next choice right/Next time do it right/Next time do the right thing" etc?

How about approaching it this way?

Déan deimhin go bhfuil sé ceart, do chéad toghadh eile.
Make sure that your next choice is correct/right.

Editing to say that perhaps the future tense would be better:
Déan deimhin go mbeidh sé ceart, do chéad toghadh eile
