dia daoibh,

would "lena gcuid oibre ranga" be correct ?

I'm assuming that "obair" has to be in Gin as it follows "cuid"?

It can be genitive.
But more often it isn't because of the second noun in genitive "ranga"

lena gcuid oibre
but
lena gcuid obair ranga rather than lena gcuid oibre ranga
