Dia daoibh,

Do I need the "n" in this case? (Assuming of course my sentence is correct in the first place);

"Bheartaigh mé go dtosóinn mo thaighde san oifig a n-oibrím inti."

Sounds right.
The n- is mandatory, since you use an indirect relative (san oifig a+Verb+ inti, in the office in which+Verb).
