dia daoibh gach duine.

Ba mhaith liom "They (crimes I mentioned in a preceding sentence) annoy the people of the areas in which these crimes are committed"

The best I could come up with is;

"Cuireann siad go mór isteach ar mhuintir na n-áiteanna ina bhfuil na coireanna seo déanta iontu"

Any thoughts as to how correct it is? Even if there is a better way to said it I'd still be happy (for now) with the above if it was grammatically correct

cuireann an choiriúlacht isteach go mór ar na daoine áitiúil [crime affects the local people]
goileann láthair na gcoir ar an gcomharsancht uilig [the location of the crimes affects the whole neighbouring area ]

You have the preposition repeated. "Committed" is an action here, not a state.

"...ina ndéantar na coireanna seo" or "...a ndéantar na coireanna seo iontu".
