A friend asked me if I knew of Good Audio books in Irish, I dont apart from the one by Bab Feiritéar, interestingly she has no Wiki page.

Anyone got recommendations

It might seem a wee bit strange considering my age, but I like to listen to the children's books Scéal an lae on youtube.
It does help a bit with the learning process.

If you look at the usual places, I'm sure you'll some audiobooks that you'd interested in - Litríocht, CIC.ie, Futa Fata, Coiscéim srl. There's also the 'Ask About Ireland' website where if you go into the Learning Zone section - Primary Students - (for example 1st and 2nd Class) -Irish you have Scéalta and Amhráin or - Secondary Students - Contents - Gaeilge -eLeabhair.

I forgot to mention Soundcloud - they have (Irish) Book of the Month which is discussed on ClubLeabhar, as well as other recordings.

You can download a dramatised version of "Cré na Cille" from Rte drama on one (A condensed version as far as I can tell.) Also the website "Leigh Linn" has several chapters of books you can listen to.

By the way I only listed the free ones. But 'Séadna' and the full version of Cré na Cille can be ordered as well. Cré na Cille is currently being sold for half-price on cic.ie.
