I have a question. You say for example "Is as... dom" when you are telling from where you are.
If I ask someone "Are you from England?" what would be the corect translation, "An bhfuil is as Sasana tú?" ??

No. You'd ask "An as Sasana thú?"

"An bhfuil" is the interrogative form of "tá/bí." "An" is the interrogative form of the copula "is"

When I was there, the first question anyone would ask me was - Where are you from? (and then immediately they would try to second guess the answer). So I suggest -

Cád as duit? or Cárb as thú? followed by - Sasana an ea? or - Is as Sasana thú, an ea?

Cá as tú? Cárb as tú? Cad as duit? etc

and
an as Sasain thú? (Ulster Irish)

If you want to ask "what country do you come from?" you can say "Cá tír arb as tú?" (found it in Tobar na Gaedhilge)
