I am playing a massive multiplayer online roleplaying game and the race I want to create a character of uses celtic inspired names mostly.
I was hoping one of you nice people would be able to help translate a name for me.

I would like a translation for: "Heaven's Mirror"

From the research I tried to do myself and searching on the internet, that is pretty much what I would have guessed myself based on a translation of a different phrase containing "Heaven's". But since my knowledge of speaking the language is pretty much non-existent, I couldn't rely on putting different things together myself.

But as you said, I shall wait and see if there are more people who want to share their opinion.

For anyone who might be curious where Heaven's Mirror comes from, it's from a game called Eternal Sonata. Heaven's Mirror is a flower that only blooms at night, never during the day. Because of this, people believe it is tied to the souls of dead people ascending to heaven. For this reason, they are also known as Death Lights. It is a very fitting name for where I'd like to use the translation.

Bonus round if anyone feels up for it. A suggestion for a translation of "Death Light" would be very welcome for a secondary character. But it's not as important as "Heaven's Mirror".

Again, I appreciate all the help that you wonderful people give on this website to people who are interested in and / or want to learn these beautiful languages.

Should be Scáthán na bhFlaitheas (it's plural).

I have a question about "Solas an Bháis" as the translation for Death Light.

As you know my knowledge of the language is very limited, but I assume that would probably translate to Light of Death, right? (Please correct me if I'm wrong.)
I was thinking, is "Solas Bháis" also possible as a more literal translation of Death Light?

I ask this because I on the internet I found "caidhp bháis", which means "death cap", a type of mushroom. Seeing as how Death Light is supposed to be a flower, I thought maybe Solas Bháis (if grammatically correct) would be a good option, as "Death Light" is pretty close to "death cap".

Yes, you could do it that way (and it's not a dumb mistake!). I included the definite article "an" because it's often used with abstract concepts in Irish, but it's not really necessary here. It would be "Solas Báis, though (without the "h"), as "solas" is masculine.
