I am looking to get help with translating a phrase for a tattoo I am looking to get. I would like to get help with learning how to speak the phrase properly once translated as well. I have tried the online translators but I just don't trust them. Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated. Here is my phrase .

"We do not weave the web of life, we are merely a strand in it... All is connected... No one thing can change by itself."

Again any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I'll have a try at this until someone better comes along :darklaugh:

Ní shníomhaimid gréasán an domhain, nílimid ach mar snáthanna de. Tá dlúthbhaint ag gach rud. Ní féidir le rud athrú lena stuaim féin.

Please wait for others to correct this.

I know I am straying a little from the request........ If you wanted to save yourself serious pain, but keep the sentiment: 'Is ar scáth a chéile a mhaireann na daoine.' - 'No man is an island.' or an alternative with the same meaning: 'Ní fhásann crann ar bith leis féin.'

I'd recommend either of these.

Thank you all very much you have actually given me a great Idea. That should be a lot easier for me to find a correct translation to. "No tree grows by itself"
In the tattoo there will be a traditional tree of life that closely resembles an olive tree.
