I am looking to get a tattoo in standard Irish that expresses the sentiment:
"Find it and defeat/overcome it it, (whatever it takes/by any means necessary)"
Background: I suffer from depression and during a rough period I was fighting through, that phrase helped me identify triggers and causes.
I ran the phrase and variants through all the major AIs and compared them to each other. Unsurprisingly, they could not agree on which translation sounds most natural to an Irish speaker.
The two that the AIs agreed on most are:
Aimsigh é agus buaigh air, cibé ar bith é Aimsigh é agus cloígh é, ar chuma ar bith
Since I couldn't verify either as being "most correct", I decided to ask the humans. The sentiment is what's important to me.
Appreciate any input and apologies if I missed anything in the forum rules. Thank you!
