Mainly found in "go deireadh na scríbe", all the way to the very end.

deich púint fhichead - with lenition on fichead after a singular noun (aon lá fhichead) and after a plural noun ending in a slender consonant. [Deich bpúint, but the bp is often devoiced by the -ch of deich, so deich púint.]

Deiċ púint ḟiċead ba ċóir a ráḋ i nGaeḋilg na Muṁan, má tá aon uġdarḋáṡ ag Peadar Ua Laoġaire. B'ḟeidir go ḃfuil tionnċar an Ḃéarla ag dul fé Ġaeḋilg údair 'An Mám ó Ḋeas'? Ní deirim ná go ḃfuil roinnt ṁaiṫ focal agus struċtúr gramadaiġe piocṫa suas agat agus tu á léiġeaḋ, aċt ní ḟagann san go mbeaḋ naċ aon ṗuinnte d'á ċuid Gaeḋilge, naċ aon líne de'n téacs fóġánta.... Agus 'na ṫeannta san, ní'l a ḟios againn cad iad na neiṫe do ċuir an fear eagair isteaċ ná raiḃ le faġḃáil 'sa láiṁ-sgríḃinn...

Tuigim. Is deacair a rá cad iad na nithe a scríobh an t-údar féin, agus is dócha go bhfuil a lán focal neamh-bhunúil curtha isteach aigen eagarthóir. Agus dá bharr sin, is dócha ná fuil a fhios againn cad é a deirtar sa Ghaeltacht, agus aigen údar féin.

ná tá pórtar sa haon áit - what is the whole sentence.
Does sa haon áit means ins gach aon áit?

Yes, throughout the book the editor has changed 's nach aon ... to s(n)a haon.
The full sentence is Síos liom go dtí Biddy Mulligan's agus nuair a shiúlas isteach d'ordaíos buidéal pórtair mar ní raibh aon aithne agam ar aon deoch eile a bhí ann agus ná tá pórtar sa haon áit

I don't know why it is phrased like that, but "agus ná" seems to mean "whereas" in that sentence and it doesn't strike me as correct. Let's see what others say.
