Níorbh is the form of the copula níor (=was not / wouldn't be) before pronouns (é, í, iad...) and adjectives that start with a vowel.

Nárbh is the form of the copula nár (=that/who was not / wouldn't be) in the same contexts.

Níorbh é m'athair é. = He wasn't my father. (but: Níor mise Dónall = I wasn't Dónall)
Dúirt mé nárbh é m'athair é. = I said that he wasn't my father. (but: Dúirt mé nár mise Dónall = I said I wasn't Dónall).
