I am from Germany and love Ireland from the bottom of my heart. When i first visited the Emerald Isle for my friends wedding it felt like coming home to me. When i can't be in Ireland i miss it a lot. So i want to have a tattoo that says "Forever in my heart" in Irish Gaelic [CO], to have something Irish with me all the time.
Can you help me with the correct translation please?

You could also use "go brách" in place of "go deo." They're pretty much synonymous

I think if I were contemplating such a tattoo I'd include "Ireland" (in Irish, that is) to make things clear (unless, of course, you've planned your tattoo design to make it clear). Perhaps something like...

Éire: I mo chroí go deo

or...

Beidh Éire i mo chroí go deo Ireland will be in my heart forever

Or...


Bíonn Éire i mo chroí i gcónaí Ireland is always in my heart
