I'm not sure what they are tying to communicate with the title. It's temporary accommodation for the cold months, so maybe they were going for something like 'time hostel' or 'weather hostel'...

"Hostel [for a short] time" would be my guess.

It should be "brú sealadach".

I agree with Domhnaillín, I think it might be a take on the analogy of cailín aimsire and buachaill aimsire, where aimsir here would probably be best translated as season(ed) work, i.e. 'summer work'. Not so long ago, children would often be sent away to rich farmers to help with house work and farm labouring- and were often treated appallingly.

So in that sense you could take, Brú Aimsire to mean 'Season(ed) Accomadation', which would fit nicely into the fact that the service offers temporary accommodation for the winter months.
