Dia daoibh 'chuile dhuine. An bhfuil sé seo ceart?

"Is minic a aimseoidh tú sa chistin mé" It is often you will find me in the kitchen

Míle buíochas

Looks fine, or rendered more normally in English "You'll often find me in the kitchen" :P

If you want to be a bit impersonal (we often say "you" instead of "one" in English), you can also say

Is minic a aimseofaí sa chistin mé You'll often find me in the kitchen/One will often find me in the kitchen/I'm often found in the kitchen

Might want to have someone double check of "aimeofaí" though, but I think it's correct.

Aistriúchán ceart ó thaobh na gramadaí de, ach sílim go mbeadh sé rud beag níba chuí 'tar ar' a úsáid:

'Is minic a thiocfas(=thiocfaidh) tú orm...', nó mar a deir Gumbi, is féidir an saorbhriathar a úsáid chomh maith - 'a thiocfar orm'.
(a bheidh fáil orm/a bheidh mé le fáil?)

(Fronting - 'Is minic gur sa chistin a thiocfas tú orm').

'aimseofaí' = 'modh coinníollach'; 'aimseofar'=aimsir fháistineach ;)

Ah Errigal, léiríonn sé seo an difríocht idir an dá theanga. 'Sé "aimseofaí" an modh coinníollach, agus sa tslí inar úsáid mé é as Gaeilge, is minic a úsáidfaí an aimsir fháistineach as Béarla - sé sin le rá, i mBéarla is minic go n-úsáitear "you'll often find me in the kitchen" agus "you'd often find me in the kitchen" le díreach an míniú chéana. Mar sin, go "liteartha" níor deineadh aistriúcháin cruinn, ach ó thaobh brí de bhí sé ceart go leor :P Ar aon nós, tá an ceart agat, 'sé an modh coinníollach atá i gceist, ach oibríonn an aistriúcháin fós.

Tá cuma níos fearr ar "Is minic a tiocfar orm" mar a scríobh tú thuas, measaim, ar aon nós.

An ceart agat, ar ndóighe. :) De grá na soiléireachta a scríobh mé sin ar eagla na heagla nár léir do Chliathach cad chuige ar úsáid tú an coinníollach le "will" a aistriú, ós rud é nár mhínigh tú é. Mhínigh mise é insan phostáil thuas, ach caithfidh gur éirigh liom é a scriosadh gan fhios domh féin agus mé ag déanamh eagarthóireachta áir.
