I am looking to get a tattoo of the phrase "Nothing is Given" translated into Irish Gaelic.

I found this translation through Google Translate but I am unsure of its accuracy - "Tá rud a tugadh".

Can anybody help by letting me know if it is the correct translation and, if not, please provide a correct translation?

Ní thugtar rud ar bith.

As one might expect, the Google Trashlate "translation" is just plain wrong. Caoimín's looks good to me, but wait for more input.

Bríd is a native speaker, so you can very much rely on her responses. I think the choice of tada versus rud ar bith may be regional, to some extent (Irish has several dialects), although any Irish speaker would understand either. Using tada will save you space.
