I have been wanting a tattoo in the Irish language for a while now but I need some help with the translation. I would like it to be in traditional Irish and say:

Always remember to forget the troubles that passed away.
But never forget to remember the blessings that come each day.

Cuimnigh i gcónaí dearmad a dhéanamh ar thrioblóidí chaite
Ach ná déan dearmad cuimhniú ar na beannaithe a dtagann chuile lá

It's never going to be as poetic in the other language if the original meaning is to be retained, but it's a decent attempt I think.

Wait for confirmation/correction before going ahead with it.
