Tattoo: '... light ...'

Hi everyone

I´m thinking about getting a tattoo. I want it in Irish because I do Irish Dance for a few years

I want just only word - "light" - like in this quote "happiness can be found even in the darkest of times if one only remembers to turn on the light". Because that quote is from Harry Potter which I love. So, I found that light in Irish is "solas". Am I right? Thanks for every reply

Yes: solas = 'light'.

Yes: solas = 'light'.

I can second this. And (very important!) do not confuse this with "sólás" (solace). This is one case where you definitely don't want accent marks!
