Coming back in on the end of this and I must say you guys
totally lost me...
But early on, great advice as usual. You all have such a great way of explaining things that somehow sticks in my head, much more than reading a textbook. I think because it just makes sense, and anything that makes sense is going to stick with me (like the whole needing two articles in that sentence and that "ch" should be the sound in loch). These straightforward examples are exactly how I learn, and I will always remember these specific examples so thank you.
And thanks Bríd for making fliuch a focal an lae. I'm trying to relearn it your way but it's hard--I've heard that Buntús Cainte Lesson One so many times. It's also hard because you're a native speaker and so are the people on Buntús Cainte, but they say that word so differently than you... ugh...
