Are the phonemics /t´r´e:k´ə/ and the recording correct? That is the main thing.

As for the phonics, the slender t is between a English ch and an English t and will always be an approximation. It is possible to get bogged down in the wrong details. In this instance (verbal adjective) it is the devoicing of the ending that is important.
