I have a personal request. I practically sounded trumpets when I had 100 posts on this site. (Do not scoff, Redwolf; it is unbecoming...) If I am to be banned from this site at some stage in the future; please do it now or wait until I reach 1,000. Otherwise, it's too painful.... So close and yet so far.

To anyone who doesn't know what I am talking about, ignore this thread; I'm just having a moment.....

It is recommended that you always wait for three to agree on a translation.
I speak Connemara Irish, and my input will often reflect that.
I will do an mp3 file on request for short translations.

Poor Saoirse has been working tirelessly to spark interest here and usher people over from IGTF - and has gotten banned from IGTF for all her trouble. :GRMA:

IGTF's loss is our gain.

Thanks for your support Saoirse.

It's no hardship supporting such a dedicated crew.

I have not been banned from IGTF yet but am working on it! It seems I now am a full mod (again) on that site. I wonder just how many threads I can lock in one day!

Wooo hoo!

I'm banned at IGTF now too...though interestingly, only until March 18. I guess they figure I'll shut up and come crawling back to be a happy little English child after Lá 'le Pádraig.

I may just have to change my name permanently to Ailís.
