As Caoimhín mentioned with the Scottish Gaelic version he gave you, agus can also be replaced with is or 's. If you use an older font it can even be replaced by ⁊, which looks a bit like a 7 but is actually an old sign for "and".

I think Breandán's got it covered. I would go with is instead of agus, but that's just personal preference. Nothing wrong with agus.
